The hotel had a mixture of positives and negatives. The rooms, although clean from an essentials perspective, had a noticeable moldy, cigarette, and old disinfectant smell along with dustiness. However, the service was friendly and breakfast was impressive. The location was convenient for reaching NYC but had a depressing view over the highway. The dining experience needed better organization and extended hours. Overall, there were aspects to like and areas that needed improvement.

The hotel's rooms could use better lighting and decoration, and the bed linens and floor carpeting need refreshing. Despite my concern, the room I reserved with 1 king bed seemed quite smelly, almost like a smoking room.

Although near a major interstate, the location was a bit challenging to find. The guest parking lot was noisy for a few hours during the night, and the overall quality of the facilities seemed to be lacking, even the cutlery set was below standard.
